Without a doubt, the hand of Tony Gilroy is seen everywhere, who has given the distant galaxy, through Andor , one of its most powerful and mature titles.
Now, what about the big screen? Lucasfilm hasn’t fully recovered from the sequel trilogy it released relatively recently, and is currently taking the time to develop a new chapter.
Rey’s story started more or less well, however, Disney focused more on money and not on creating an adventure worthy of Star Wars, the result?
A disastrous ending with no chance of salvation.
The writers did what they could to rescue episode IX but it was not enough to give it a bit of meaning: the damage was already too great and uncontrollable. A new movie is on the way and will hit theaters in 2026.
