Britney’s mother sues man for lying to become her friend and meet her daughter
Britney Spears‘ mother has taken legal action against a man named Jacob Diamond, whom she accuses of having infiltrated her inner circle under false pretenses with the aim of establishing a personal relationship with one of her daughters.
In the lawsuit that Lynne Spears filed on October 3, the pop princess is not directly mentioned, although it is assumed that it refers to her when it is stated that the lawsuit seeks to obtain fame, notoriety and money through her connections. .
Lynne is backed by two of her friends, Jansen Fitz, 40, and Tatum Solis, 48, who are also listed as plaintiffs. All three parties maintain that Jacob began displaying erratic and aggressive behavior after he managed to gain his trust through deception. On one occasion, when they had already begun to suspect his intentions, they were forced to threaten police intervention to forcibly expel Jacob from one of his houses in July 2023.
They also maintain that Jacob has started a smear campaign against them through social networks, where he has allegedly been using their images and names for his own benefit. At the moment they have obtained a temporary restraining order against him, which prohibits him from communicating with them, and a judge will decide next Monday if the measure will be permanent.
Jacob presents himself on social networks as an author and actor, although no further information is known about his professional career. From his own circle they have launched a campaign to raise funds through the GoFundMe platform that will be used to finance the battle that he plans to present to defend his reputation.
