Brandon Davis, from Comic Book:

Dune: Part Two is a masterpiece. Denis Villeneuve presents an impressive and action-packed achievement in a complex and compelling story. It’s an amazing, moving film that demands to be seen on the biggest, most immersive screen possible.

I loved it. Innovative and exciting. Some of the images from Dune: Part Two left me so amazed that I feel like I understand how everyone felt when they saw Star Wars for the first time in 1977. Sometimes it’s just incredible.”

Hoai-Tran Bui, from Slash Film:

DUNE: PART TWO is a triumph. Even more immense than the first, but much more intimate: Denis Villeneuve manages to simplify the second, more alienating half of the book into a fascinating and action-packed epic. The execution of the battle sequences is at the level of THE TWO TOWERS. Zendaya is the star.“

Jeff Zhang, from The Strange Harbors Podcast:

Dune: Part Two: Denis Villeneuve nails every spectacular, brutalist painting he released three years ago. Sci-fi myth-making at its finest and most tragic: the gravity of manufactured destiny, indomitable tendrils of beliefs. I loved that.“
