Joker 2: New images of Joaquin Phoenix, Lady Gaga revealed – The long-awaited sequel continues to take shape in Hollywood studios and promises to be spectacular.

Joker: A Folie a Deux is one of the most anticipated sequels of 2024. Joaquin Phoenix will be back for more excitement and danger as Arthur Curry, the iconic character who changed the world in 2019 through Joker.
Filming continues and new images of the set are released through networks with Phoenix and Lady Gaga as the main protagonists of the show.

Lady Gaga decided to take the high road of acting and became involved in some successful screenings that have earned her nominations and awards at the biggest celebrations in the field.
She is now turning to cinema inspired by comic book characters and we will soon see her giving life to Harley Quinn, a role that her fans are already celebrating.
According to some media such as Geekosity, Joker: Folie à Deux will be told from the point of view of Harley Quinn.
Justifying the fact that it will be a musical (one of the most controversial creative decisions in the world of cinema in recent years); and will be located mostly in Arkham Asylum, the facility for the mentally ill that has had so much importance in the Batman movies, series, comics and video games.
Arthur Fleck ended up being transferred to this complex at the end of Joker and in the sequel we will see Harley trying to study his behavior to finally capture his affections and attention.
Joker presents us with the story of Arthur Fleck, a troubled man who lives in the oblivion of Gotham City.
Our protagonist barely has what it takes to survive and spends his days completely absorbed in his thoughts and in the misery of living in a socially deplorable context.
A specific event changes his perception of things and he makes the decision to move forward with a plan that few would expect.
The film won over audiences thanks to its darkness. Gotham City is presented as a place full of disenchantment, where poverty, crime and insecurity are the order of the day, but opportunities are too far away.
Arthur goes through everyday life with mental disorders, without resources or promises of a better future. He has no friends or a good job, he lives with his mother and he is stuck with all kinds of fantasies that could never come true. Like many, many people in real life.
With only US$55 million of investment, Joker became an absolute success, raising US$1.074 billion, a completely incredible number that no one expected.
Joker with Joaquin Phoenix managed to obtain very positive reviews even before its release in theaters.
Despite the controversy caused by some media and well-founded fears of a terrorist attack by misfit individuals, the film went ahead in every way, consolidating Phoenix as the star actor of the last awards season and Todd Phillips as the Director of the moment.
He even won the Golden Lion at the Venice International Film Festival in 2019, something that no film inspired by comic book characters has done before.
Joker: Folie à Deux is scheduled for release on October 4, 2024, it will be a long wait.
