Justin Timberlake Sells Expansive Tennessee Property for $8 Million
By John Smith– Justin Timberlake has officially sold a significant piece of real estate in Tennessee. The “Mirrors” singer, 43, parted with his 127-acre plot of land in Franklin, Tenn., for $8 million. This scenic property is located less than half a mile from the rural village of Leipers Fork and about 45 minutes outside of Nashville.
Stunning Natural Features
The land offers breathtaking views of Leipers Creek Valley. It includes 50 acres of wildlife food plots and pastures. There is also a fishing pond on-site, along with spring creeks and trails, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers. Tom Sullivan of Covey Rise Properties handled the listing.

A Piece of Tennessee History
Timberlake bought the land in 2015 from Aubrey Preston, a local philanthropist and preservationist. Preston has mentioned that he and Timberlake share a deep love for Tennessee. “Both of us share that love of Tennessee and enjoyed how we grew up, on land,” Preston said. “We want to do our part to save that for future generations, and our kids. That’s how we got to know each other.”

Official Sale Date
The property records show that Timberlake sold the land on May 30. This sale occurred while Timberlake was busy with his Forget Tomorrow World Tour.
Recent Legal Trouble
A few weeks after the sale, Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor, N.Y., for allegedly driving while intoxicated on June 18. He was reportedly driving to a friend’s house from the American Hotel when he was stopped by a police officer. Timberlake was charged with one count of DWI and received two citations: one for running a stop sign and another for failure to keep in lane.
Family and Legal Matters
Despite the arrest, sources close to Timberlake and his wife, Jessica Biel, say they are not worried. “They’ve moved on from the arrest,” a source told PEOPLE. “They have faith in their legal team and continue to focus on work and their family instead.” Timberlake and Biel share two children, Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4.
