In events involving the monarchy, nothing is ever a coincidence, and even the smallest detail has an ulterior motive.

The viewers did not miss the fact that Ana was sitting right in front of her nephew Harry, who has become persona non grata for the royal family since he renounced his institutional role to lead a ‘normal’ life in the United States with his wife Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.

Carlos’s youngest son has angered many with the accusations he made in his controversial interview with Oprah and in his memoir, where his relatives do not come out too well.

Evil tongues then claimed that the veteran royal chose her headdress on purpose, knowing that it would block her nephew’s line of sight and that at times she would hide him from the cameras that were recording the event to broadcast it live.

However, a new book by writer Robert Hardman debunks this suggestion because it turns out that the princess had to change seats at the last minute to be closer to the door.

Anne herself supposedly claimed that she had offered to take off her hat once inside Westminster Abbey, but was told it was not necessary. “There you have it. It’s not my choice,” alleged the 73-year-old royal in statements echoed by Newsweek.
