Previous reports suggested cameras would start rolling in April, but according to Jeff Sneider (via Comic Book Movie ), a well-known film industry insider, filming will not begin until the third quarter of the year, that is, between July and September.

Actor Pedro Pascal ( The Mandalorian, Narcos, The weight of talent ), who has been designated as the one chosen to play Reed Richards, has had to abandon his participation in the new horror film from director Zach Cregger, Weapons.

This is due to the need to clear his schedule to fully dedicate himself to The Fantastic Four.
