Sonorama Ribera 2024 Stellar Lineup and Exciting Innovations
Sonorama Ribera 2024 Stellar Lineup and Exciting Innovations- Mikel Izal, Rozalén, El Kanka, Veintiuno and Shinova are some of the first names announced for the poster of the twenty-seventh edition of the Sonorama Ribera festival, which will be held from 7 to 11 August 2024 in Aranda de Duero (Burgos).
The director of the festival, Javier Ajenjo, announced this morning fifty names of artists who will make up the poster for the next edition. a list that also includes Álvaro de Luna, OBK, Sidecars, Your other pretty girl, The red room, Macaco, Florent and I, in addition to Burning and its 50th anniversary tour.
As a first novelty, he has indicated that in 2024 the festival will last from August 7, all day, until August 11, when the concerts will only be in the morning and will be free.
The first tickets for this event will go on sale on December 4, 20,000 ordinary vouchers and another thousand VIPs that will be offered in three tranches as they run out.
In this sense, Ajenjo has indicated that for the next edition fewer tickets will be sold, slightly reducing the capacity and thereby gaining comfort for attendees.
It is something that can be done because last year “we were finally able to know what the balance point [of attendees] was, something that we had not achieved until now,” the festival director specified.
Likewise, he has announced that there will be two camping areas, although without yet revealing which one will complement the General Gutiérrez park, and the number of toilets for the public will be increased.
Among the novelties being worked on, he has also pointed out that it is very possible that a train could be brought from the north of Spain to Aranda de Duero (Burgos) that some attendees can use and enjoy concerts during the journey.
This initiative will have a protest background since Ajenjo has warned that Aranda and the Ribera del Duero continue to need the Direct Train to be revitalized “because we no longer believe these things about an emptied Spain: this is a Spain full of opportunities, from the heart and of people who fight for their people,” he considered.
