The revelation occurred through a charming Instagram post. Werkheiser shared an adorable photo of them smiling at the camera, highlighting the sweet image of him caressing Shaw’s prominent belly. The caption of the photo left everyone intrigued:

“A little Ned is on the way for 2024.”

This situation generated controversy among fans since, until that moment, Shaw had not addressed the issue on her social networks.

Almost two decades after the show’s release, fans were also surprised and excited to sense a revival of the love story that was hinted at in the series.
